Shortly after discovering PureTKGUI, I am sad to discover that it is now closed source. Little was mention why or which part of the project is not aligned with GPL.
Thomas Menez has created a new Tk GUI builder, PureTkGUI. It requires Tcl8.5 and above and does seems to support generation of code for Tcl, Python etc.
