This year’s Mizuno Wave Run will be start at Temasek Polytechnic instead of last year’s Kovan Hub.

The route will bring the runners around Bedok Reservoir before going round Temasek Poly one round.

I believe this is to minimize potential traffic congestions. With more runs planned this year, this may be a good move.

July will see me doing 2 runs; the Singapore Passion Run in East Coast Park followed by the Mizuno Wave Run.

This is probably a good warm up to the Army Half Marathon that will be held later in the year before the Marathon in Dec.

For those who are not seasoned runners and have set the goal of doing your first marathon this year, use these events to clock up your mileage and gauge how well you fare.
