It was surprising to find Shoop mention ‘Storyboarding’ on his site today.
Just this morning, I was having a very great discussion with SK. Unlike me, SK brings with him loads of experience managing business in a managerial position (various CXO positions).
One of the things SK share with me is the difference in our approach to business and engaging clients.
For me, there is a tendency that we end up talking sytem issues, process issues with clients.
For SK, he focus on the ’story’. He brings with him credibility and is able to command attention of the top managment and have them focus on their companies stories.
To move forward, you need to know the ending of the story.
I guess, this has always been taught or preach in one form or another. From writers guild, to Stephen Covey to all the Business Plans that one has prepared…. , each has preach in its own way, ‘To Begin With The End In Mind’.
The end is the beginning.
What’s your story? My dear client.
